90 min with school staff and/or parents. Children are sexual beings, and staff must be empowered to address sexual conduct issues with a positive and educational response. This workshop is an overview of common sexual behaviors from infancy to adolescence. It provides a framework for leaders, mental health professionals, and staff to identify expected, problematic, and abusive behaviors between adolescents

How to articulate what makes sexual behaviors concerning or abusive
How to respond appropriately
Training request details:
- The Office of School Safety and other state partners have been trained to present this workshop to school personnel across the state. The original workshop was developed by the Seattle Public Schools under a grant from the U.S. Department of Education.
- Trainings for groups of twenty-five school staff or more with materials provided can be arranged at your site at no cost to your school or district.
