The Office of School Safety in the Colorado Department of Public Safety was created by Senate Bill 23-241 as an enhancement of the previously existing Colorado School Safety Resource Center (CSSRC). The Office of School Safety provides Colorado schools and communities with the tools and resources to create safe and positive school environments for all Colorado students, pre-kindergarten through higher education.
