• Don't click on or paste these links into your web browser (Chrome, Edge etc) and then copy the link from the URL/Browser window and share that.
• Don't copy the links from the training calendar, unfortunately Google converts the links for tracking purposes and they will only work if you go to the registration directly from the calendar.
• Don't copy the links from the emailed version of the Newsletter (the one that's in your inbox), unfortunately Constant Contact converts the links for tracking purposes and they will only work if you go to the registration directly from the Newsletter.

How to identify the wrong link:

This is what a proper registration link looks like, except for the Google form signups. 

• https://​co.accessgov.com/cssrc/Forms/Page/cssrc/event-registration?eventId=F0344DAE80
• They are identified by the Event ID (eventId=F0344DAE80), which you can see at the end of the url. Look for this Event ID when sharing links.
• This ID, F0344DAE80, is unique to each event and is different for each event/link.

When the links are clicked on and loaded into your browser window, they get converted to a new link that is unique to the user.

This is what the converted/wrong links look like

You can see it no longer has eventId=F0344DAE80 and there is a long string of characters at the end of the url. Look for this long string of characters to identify the wrong link.
