Bullying Culture and Climate
Bullying culture and climate training helps school staff recognize, prevent, and respond to bullying behaviors while fostering a positive school environment. This 2-hour training includes content on understanding the definition of bullying, prevention strategies, school climate and culture, intervention and response, legal and ethical considerations, and strategies on collaboration with parents and the community.
Bullying Policy and Procedure
This training equips school administrators with the knowledge and skills needed to develop, implement, and utilize effective bullying policies and procedures. It provides a better understanding of legal requirements and helps foster a safe school environment for all students and staff. This 90 minute training helps participants understand bullying and its impact, legal and policy framework, strategies on developing and implementing bullying policies, steps for reporting and investigation procedures, intervention and disciplinary actions, and strategies on training and engaging staff, families, and the community.
Upstanders/ Anti-Bullying for Students
This presentation can be crafted to fit any grade level from 3rd-12th grade. In this lesson, we will answer the question, “What exactly is bullying?” We will also cover the different types of bullying, the differences between RUDE, MEAN, and BULLYING, and what upstanders and bystanders do. Students will learn how to be an upstander and how to take A.C.T.I.O.N. against bullying. Finally, there is an anti-bullying message to every student. This course is generally done in 1 hour, however, it can be extended to 1.5 hrs.
