ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training) Registration is capped at 30 so don’t delay!
- The Colorado Office of School Safety and Colorado Mountain College are excited to offer ASIST (Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training). ASIST is a 2-day, two-trainer workshop designed for members of all caregiving groups. Family, friends, and other community members may be the first to talk with a person at risk, but have little or no training. ASIST can also provide those in formal helping roles with professional development to ensure that they are prepared to provide suicide first aid help as part of the care they provide.

- Date: March 6 & 7 from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Location: Colorado Mountain College's Glenwood Center, 1402 Blake Avenue, Glenwood Springs, CO 81601

Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Symposium - Last day to register - March 3!
- Every other year we host a Child Sexual Abuse Prevention Symposium. Please plan to join us and our slate of national speakers.

- Amanda E. Ruzicka, MA, the Deputy Director of Moore Center for the Prevention of Child Sexual Abuse at Johns Hopkins will present on Problematic Sexual Behavior Prevention.
- SPEAKER CHANGE: Kee J.E. Straits, PhD. Indigenous Latina psychologist (Quechua, born in Perú) and owner of Tinkuy Life Community Transformations, will present on the Sexual Violence Disruptor Model for Native American Communities.
- Dr. Libbi Palmer, Psy.D., will discuss supporting students who have experienced or caused sexual trauma, as well as supporting school staff through those difficult conversations.
