The Office of School Safety (OSS) was created by State legislation in 2023. Senate Bill 23-241 (C.R.S. Section 24-33.5-2701, et seq.) was signed by Governor Polis in May, 2023. Every year the OSS creates a legislative report, to detail the accomplishments and activity of the office.
